Ceramic tank Zirconia ball mill tank Alumina ball mill tank high temperature tank
Description:
There are four ball grinding tanks on a turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball grinding tank rotates around the turntable axis and rotates around its own axis in the reverse planetary rotation movement. The grinding balls and materials in the tank collide and rub each other in high speed movement to achieve the purpose of crushing, grinding, mixing and dispersing samples.
Principal characteristic of Ceramic tank Zirconia ball mill tank Alumina ball mill tank high temperature tank:
1 High wall finish, not easy to stick material.
2. Strong oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
3. Excellent corrosion resistance
4. Good intergranular corrosion resistance
5. High temperature resistance is also better.
6. High wear resistance and long service life.
7. High grinding efficiency.
Application of Ceramic tank Zirconia ball mill tank Alumina ball mill tank high temperature tank:
Ultrafine grinding equipment, fine chemical industry, electronic paste, semiconductor, new energy, nano new materials, medical instruments, precision casting, structural ceramics, refractory materials, electronic communications, sensitive ceramics, petrochemical industry, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, optical fiber connector, battery materials and other high-precision end fields
